LGDinTECH does not independently verify, validate, or audit any statements, specifications, or certifications made by third-party Sellers. * Product Specifications: Descriptions regarding material grade (e.g., Technology-Grade Grown Diamond), growth methods (CVD/HPHT), dimensions, and technical tolerances are provided solely by the Seller.

  • Certifications: Any claims regarding ISO standards, Conflict-Free sourcing, or ITAR/EAR compliance are the sole responsibility of the Seller.
  • No Endorsement: The appearance of a product on the LGDinTECH Marketplace does not constitute an endorsement or guarantee of its quality, safety, or fitness for a particular engineering purpose.

2. Buyer’s Due Diligence

As a B2B professional marketplace, it is the User’s responsibility to:

  • Perform independent testing and validation of any materials or equipment purchased.
  • Utilize the “Ask a Question” or “Link with an Expert” features to seek direct clarification from the Seller before finalizing high-value transactions.
  • Verify that the Seller’s specifications meet the technical requirements of the User’s specific engineering project.

3. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LGDinTECH, its affiliates, and its technical advisors (including PhD consultants) shall not be liable for:

  • Any direct, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from reliance on inaccurate or fraudulent product information provided by a Seller.
  • Failures in engineering projects, equipment malfunctions, or material defects arising from products purchased through the marketplace.
  • Financial losses related to “Request a Quote” or “Add to Cart” transactions where the Seller fails to meet stated specifications.

4. Security “Safe Harbor”

LGDinTECH employs industry-standard cybersecurity measures to protect the platform from unauthorized access (“hacking”). However, within the framework of the law, LGDinTECH is not liable for data breaches or service interruptions caused by third-party malicious actors that occur despite our commercially reasonable security efforts.
